Oradea Shopping City was a major retail park development with over two levels totalling 46.600 sqm built area and a 22.000 sqm of gross leasable area located in city of Oradea as the name suggests. The project includes 2700 sqm of entertainment area composed of a 6 auditorium cinema, bowling and playground in addition to 2126 sqm food court and 1000 parking spaces.

EMERALD RESIDENCES

Emerald Residences is a high-class residential development built in the heart of Bucharest composed of 12 block of flats and 2 storeys of underground parking with total of 65.000 sqm of built area. Buildings were designed as cast in-situ reinforced concrete with a total number of 285 apartments.

THEATHER ZUIDPLEIN

The new Theater Zuidplein, known as the Kunstenpand during the construction period, was completed on 6 May 2020 and replaced the old theather building in the same area. In addition to two theatre halls and a café-restaurant, the new cultural hotspot of Rotterdam-South also houses a section of the Rotterdam Library. Theater Zuidplein was designed by De Zwarte Hond and realized by Heijmans / Ballast Nedam consortium. The core building structure is made of three reinforced concrete halls highest of which having a height of 25.15 m, constructed by climbing formwork systems.

TOWER 10 – WORLD TRADE CENTER AMSTERDAM

Tower Ten WTC Amsterdam is a considerable expansion and renovation project. The WTC complex is located in the heart of Amsterdam's Zuidas and consists of nine towers. It is a small village for office users, with over three hundred international companies from over thirty countries. Project requires expansion and consolidation of one of the existing towers (the D-tower) and the underground parking garage. Total surface of new built area is 50.000 sqm including the core tower building of 23 floors of 70 m height.

GD-10 ANKARA CABLE CAR PROJECT

GD10 ropeway project is an impressive demonstration of the potential and benefits that the use of ropeways can offer in large cities, being the greatest in size in Eurasia. In the Turkish capital of Ankara, ANKARA MUNICIPALITY has invested in a gondola ropeway that is exceptional and sets new standards in many aspect. It makes transportation much practical for population living in Şentepe zone by connecting it to the Yenimahalle metro station. The detachable GD10 gondola ropeway with a total of four stations and a length of 3,204 meters has a transport capacity of 2,400 people per hour in both directions by means of 54 cabins.
Height difference between stations is 126 m together with 12 towers.

Swan Office Park is an office building located in Pipera area and developed by Swan Property, which is controlled by the Chayton Capital investment fund. The project was initially composed of 5 buildings however following the 2008 financial crisis, investor decided to build only 3 of them with a total built area  of 28.723 sqm. The buildings were designed as cast in-situ reinforced concrete with composite glazed façade.

APICULTURE PRODUCTS PACKAGING AND PROCESSING PLANT

Apiculture Products Packaging And Processing Plant project is a sectoral project with a budget of 10 million Euro. The project was prepared by the Beekeeping Research Institute in the scope of the IPA 1 program and presented to the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in 2009, followed by approval by the European Union.
The building is designed as a composition of prefabricated reinforced concrete structure and cast in-situ concrete structure with a total built area of 3000 sqm.

BUZIAS FARMBASE PROJECT

KC AGRO invests in expansion of its facilities in TIMIS county with a brand new agriculture products storage compound and an irrigation reservoir.
